I'm staying here in Chicago with the father of Melissa Hawkins, who performs the one-woman play, Juliet: A Dialogue About Love. Wheaton College Church, where I miraculously performed tonight, asked the Kapps if they'd host me. Later he realized Joyce and I had hosted Melissa in '07. I had met her ...

My flight was canceled today when Chicago O'Hare Airport was shut down due to thunderstorms. The guy behind me in line was on his cell and discovered that the next available seats were on a flight tomorrow morning. You can follow the blow by blow account of miracle after miracle on www.Facebook.com...

When I sent out a prayer request this morning for more soccer players on the set of ( For the Glory we had one full team of 12 and an opposing team of two. By the time we needed them we had 12 on 12. Looks like God's finger prints to me, and a sure sign that He'd answered our prayers!

Today was...

Scripture and church history are filled with art and story, and over the years I've seen those stories inspire, bring hope, salvations and re-dedications when told dramatically. And they're memorable. My wife got her MA in counseling, and she learned that memory is linked to emotions. I recently had...

Claude Chew's musical partner in tonight's concert is Dr. Andrew Lenhart, on piano. He shared how the faith of his childhood was brought into question by college professors. So he went to books like GK Chesterton's Orthodoxy and found that Christianity holds up from an intellectual standpoint.

I've been picking Al's brain for stories about his coach, so that I can play Coach Ryan more effectively in the f...

When I found out about For the Glory I invited all...

Over lunch I heard the story of how this film was green-lighted:

Chris and Nancy Rogers run CDR Communications, Inc., and they brought Donald (pictured here) and Sandra Leow over from Singapore to work on some projects. When they first got to the States, the Leows actually lived in this house wher...

My character isn't on today's call sheet, but one of the characters mocks my character's Scouse (Liverpool) accent. I'm here to make sure we're on the same page with the dialect.

It's great to be on set day one and be there for our director's opening speech and prayer. He said that if any of the cast...
