...and Mourning October 7
The October 7 attack in 2023 was on Simchat Torah. That's just after the Feast of Sukkot, and the final day of that festival is Hoshana Rabbah, the Great Hosannah. So, on the heels of a great rejoicing the enemies of the Lord's Chosen People attacked them. As Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu explained “the darkest day in Israel’s history” to the United Nations:
These Hamas monsters, they slaughtered Holocaust survivors. They burned babies alive in front of their parents. They beheaded our men. They brutally raped our women, and then they murdered them. Altogether, they slaughtered 1,200 Israelis that day.
My latest article is
"Anti-Semitism in the UN":
Lord, we pray the UN would no longer tolerate anti-Semitism in its ranks! May Your Chosen People be respected, honored, and even shown lovingkindness.
Despite New York City’s Marxist Muslim Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s campaign promise to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as soon as he landed, the Prime Minister successfully spoke at the United Nations on September 24.
Ready for the rejoicing?
Here's a performance I gave on Hoshana Rabbah:
Here's the message that followed it by Dr. Linda Warren at Westchester Chapel:
In Rich's one-man play Big Fish Little Worm, Rich portrays Jonah, Gideon, Jeremiah, and Lazarus.
