Past Productivity Proves Positive
Because the staff at Intercessors for America was focused on preparing for, executing, and recovering from the 50th Anniversary Celebration, our editor-in-chief, Judy McDonough asked for us to remind her of articles we've written in the past that could be reposted without much change. Lord, You said You had ‘concern for the great city of Nineveh, in which there are more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell their right hand from their left.’ And you care for New York City, too. Please save our city!
Sunday morning last November, I was walking east on 43rd Street on my way from my apartment on 10th avenue to New York City’s Grand Central Station. I was planning to take the commuter train north from Manhattan to the city of White Plains, where my husband and I have attended church for more than 20 years. As I crossed 9th avenue, I saw a little group of people gathered in the middle of the sidewalk. Usually when I see a group like this, I cross to the other side of the street to pass. But for some reason, I got ornery and said to the Lord silently, “Well, this is my city too!” as I passed between the members of the group. They were concluding a drug deal.

War in Israel; indoctrination by a false national history in the schools, to lead children away from their parents, their country, and their God; relentless propaganda to force artificial divisions between people, whether on race, sex, gender identity, political party, vaccination status, and even pet pedigree — rescue dogs being the PC choice (yes, that’s a thing!).

"Prophecy: Preparing Hearts for Harvest"
Lord, we seek Your counsel for the promised harvest in America. Help us prepare our hearts for this exciting time to come.The Lord is calling His intercessors to help prepare the hearts of Americans for revival and harvest. Most intercessors have been pleading for revival among God’s people and a harvest among those who will come to Christ in the ensuing spiritual climate. … As Jesus said to His disciples: “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into His harvest field” (Matthew 9:37–38).
