Songs of Revival Launched

This year we had our first feature-length performance of Songs of Revival: Hungry After God Himself at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN, as a part of their weekend event How the Jesus Movement Changed the Way We Worship. It featured Michael W. Smith, who Joyce is praying over in the photo.

Back in the Kitchen


I had a booking in Tulsa and was able to have dinner on the set of A Christmas Snow. I didn't actually make it into the kitchen. Didn't want to elongate our wait for dinner, but it was quite fun to eat where I performed in my first film with lines in 2010. Since then I've performed in more than 50 films. 

Back at the Arch

A private workshop in St. Louis was blocks away from one of my favorite places on earth! We went up in it when I was in third grade, and it had a major impact on me! Sadly, the line was too long for us to make it to the top and still catch our flight, but the recently renovated museum underground was fantastic! 


Dress Rehearsal in My Home State


I'm always blessed to perform in Oregon, where I grew up and can visit family and long-time friends. On a trip in the spring I was able to perform Beyond the Chariots about Eric Liddell's victories during the 1924 Paris Olympics. It fell at a critical time to help prepare the play for performing it throughout Europe during the summer.

 I played Claud, a French chef in an Italian restaurant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in the film A Christmas Snow.

After screening A Christmas Snow at our church, Westchester Chapel, there were so many positive comments. One woman said she thought it would just be a sweet little Christmas film, but didn't expect it to be so powerful. Another woman went through the cast list saying she identified with so many of the characters for very specific reasons. But the one that really blew me away was a man who shared that his wife asked him to leave, and after he honored her request and moved out, she told their daughters that he had abandoned them. He's giving copies of A Christmas Snow to both of his girls and--as the film inspires--hopes to reconcile with them this Christmas.

I had a phenomenal time with cast mates Craig Walters (Martin) and Catherine Mary Stewart (Kathleen).
